My journey is not linear, but there is a red thread: understanding energy and serving others. I have coached hundreds of professionals into better careers or to blaze a new path into something more fulfilling. I have mentored just as many into new job opportunities that have not just served their careers, but their lives!
I have navigated career shifts and significant life earthquakes. I read the books, took the cheap “how-to courses” and saw little changes. Nothing worked until I began working with trained coaches that focused me on my career, my healing, and my wellness.
From them and by spending nearly 4 years in an accredited coaching university, I have learned the skills, developed the tools, and mastered the practice of coaching. .
Why am I a great coach? I know how to ask the right questions, keep the proper focus, and be accountable in a world without accountability. I have the experience, training, credentials, passion, and knowledge to do what I do exceptionally well.
Whatever is needed to be alive, leverage my unique intersection of 20+ years of leadership, 10+ years of mentorship, and thousands of hours coaching to help you build the NEXT YOU!
What Did I Learn (so far) in my life?
I learned self-compassion, felt grace, focused on healing in an unhealthy society, and co-facilitated transformation with great mentors, coaches, and therapists.
I discovered no gurus, self-help books, or shortcuts to success. I had to do “the work” for myself and on myself to develop myself.
I also learned that I am a healer and facilitator of growth. I have dedicated years of formal study to becoming a coach, a healer, and a great human.
I am grateful for my journey and for emerging each day with more passion, health, and wealth than before.
